The trip is priced at $8,500 USD* per person, which includes a $5,000 donation to support Village Impact’s transformative work. This also covers all in-country transportation, meals, accommodations, and incredible safari and experience excursions. Please note, the cost does not include alcoholic beverages, tips, medical expenses, or international flights to Nairobi.

Please note: To qualify for the trip, participants must contribute or pledge a minimum of $5,000 USD donation to Village Impact, directly supporting our projects in Kenya. Your $3,500 balance for trip costs are due January 15, Your donation can be paid in a payment plan. Ask the team for details!
Yes, we encourage everyone traveling to Kenya to visit a travel doctor before arriving. You will want to make this visit at least six to eight weeks before you depart.
Visas are no longer needed to enter Kenya BUT you do need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA). You can check out more information here: https://www.etakenya.go.ke/en
At this time, we are asking for a $1000 USD deposit per person.
Your trip experience must be paid in full by January 15, 2026. Payment plans are available.
We totally understand that things may change and you are no longer able to attend our Ultimate Girls’ Getaway. Depending on the notification of your cancellation will depend on the amount we can refund. Your refund will not include the non-refundable deposit of $1000 USD.
We will begin regular Zoom meetings in November 2024 that as we get closer to our departure date, we will begin monthly Zoom calls to chat about the trip agenda, answer questions and help you prepare for this experience.
