Build the Offer. Own the Stage.
You already have the expertise. You may already have the audience. Now, what would happen if you built the offer to match?
Spend one day with Bari Baumgardner, Eileen Wilder + Stu McLaren building the high-ticket offer only you can make — the transformation, the story, the price and what happens after the yes.

You Don’t Need
a Bigger List.
You Need the Right Offer.
There’s a point in business where selling more of the same thing isn’t necessarily the answer.
You have expertise. You have results. You know you can create a meaningful transformation for the right person. The question becomes: what happens when the depth of the offer finally matches the depth of what you know?
And the math gets interesting fast.
Because high ticket isn’t simply about charging more. It’s about creating an offer with enough clarity, value, transformation and conviction that the right person can see exactly why they want to say yes.
Three Experts. Three Lenses. One Offer That Works.
A high-ticket offer has to do more than sound good on paper.
It has to promise a transformation worth paying for. It has to be communicated in a way that makes the right person lean in. And once they say yes, the experience has to deliver on everything you promised.
That’s why Bari, Eileen and Stu are in the room together.
Build the Offer
+ Experience
Bari has spent decades designing transformational offers and the events that sell them. She’ll help you get underneath what you’re selling to define the transformation, structure the offer around it, and create an experience that makes the value unmistakable.
Tell the Story
That Sells It
Eileen brings the conversion lens: how you take what you know and communicate it in a way that connects, creates desire and moves people toward a decision. Because even an extraordinary offer needs a story people can see themselves inside.
Build What Happens
After Yes
Stu brings the customer and implementation lens. How do you turn the promise into an experience people actually complete, value and talk about? He’ll help you think through delivery, customer journey and the systems that make the offer work beyond the sale.
In the same room. On the same day.
Bring Your Offer Into the Room.
You’re not coming to sit through eight hours of slides about scripts you’ll never use.
This is a working day. Bring the offer you’re building, the one you’re already selling, or even the rough idea you can’t quite get out of your head yet.
Bring your pricing. Bring your audience numbers. Bring the parts that are working — and the parts you know aren’t.
Leave with the actual offer you’ll sell next — built around a transformation, priced with intention, shaped by a story people understand, and ready to put in front of the right buyer.
Walk Out With Something You Can Actually Sell.
Leave with an offer you understand differently than you did when you walked in.
You’ve had Bari, Eileen and Stu looking at it from three different angles. You’ve put the hard questions on the table. You’ve worked on the pieces that make a high-ticket offer worth saying yes to.
A Transformation Worth Paying For
Get clear on the real change your offer creates and build around that transformation — not simply the information, access or deliverables inside it.
An Offer Built Around It
Shape the structure, experience and value of the offer so the price makes sense because of what you’re helping someone accomplish.
The Story That Makes It Click
Find the story and language that help the right person recognize themselves, understand what’s possible and lean into the offer.
Pricing + The Path To Yes
Think through what the offer should be worth, how you communicate that value, and how you move from presenting the opportunity to asking for the sale.
Something You Can Actually Sell
Not another idea waiting in a notebook. A high-ticket offer you’ve worked on, challenged and strengthened — ready for the next real conversation with the right buyer.
This Is a Room Where You Work.
Bari, Eileen and Stu will teach, absolutely. But the value of this day is what happens when the teaching meets your offer, your numbers and your questions.
Expect working sessions, real examples, group coaching and the kind of conversation that can move beyond general advice and into the specifics of what you’re actually building.
Focused Teaching
Practical frameworks from three experts who approach high-ticket offers from different angles.
Working Sessions
Time to apply what you’re learning directly to the offer you brought with you.
Real Feedback
Questions, coaching and conversation that help you see what’s strong — and what needs work.
Make Decisions
Turn what you hear into choices you can actually take back into your business.

Your Offer Isn’t the Only Thing We’re Building.
There’s another reason this room exists.
Village Impact was founded on a simple belief: entrepreneurs can use what they build in business to create extraordinary change in the world.
We work alongside communities in rural Kenya to help create stronger public schools and greater opportunity for over 6,000 children every day.
And the connection to this particular room runs deep. Stu and Amy McLaren started Village Impact in 2009. Bari serves on the Village Impact board. And Eileen has travelled to Kenya and literally rolled up her sleeves on a school project.
These aren’t three experts who simply agreed to teach at a fundraiser. They’re already part of this work.
Build more possibility.
Spend the day strengthening the offer that can create more revenue, more value and more opportunity in the business you’ve already built.
Expand opportunity.
Your seat helps support the work happening alongside schools and communities in rural Kenya — creating opportunity through education.
You Don’t Need the Perfect Offer. You Need Something to Build From.
This day is designed for experienced entrepreneurs who already have something working — expertise, an audience, customers, a body of work — and see the opportunity to turn that value into a stronger high-ticket offer.
You already have real expertise.
You know how to create results. You’ve built experience, intellectual property, a methodology or a point of view people value.
You have people you can serve.
You have customers, clients, members, followers, subscribers or a community — and you understand something about what they want next.
You can see more value.
There’s a bigger transformation you could help people create — and you suspect it deserves a different offer, experience and price.
You’re willing to bring the real thing.
Not a hypothetical business. Your offer, your pricing, your numbers, your audience and the questions you’re actually wrestling with.
You want perspective outside your own.
You’re willing to let smart people challenge your assumptions, ask better questions and help you see opportunities you may be too close to see.
You’re ready to make decisions.
You don’t need another notebook full of ideas. You want to leave with greater clarity about what you’re building and what happens next.
You don’t have to arrive with it figured out.
Your high-ticket offer might already exist. It might be half-built. Or it might still be an idea you know has potential. You’re not coming because you have all the answers. You’re coming because you have enough to put something real on the table and work on it.
THE ROOM
OCTOBER 22, 2026
There Are Only 25 Seats in the Room.
And that’s intentional.
This day only works if Bari, Eileen and Stu can get beyond general teaching and into the businesses, offers and questions people actually bring with them.
With 25 entrepreneurs in the room, there’s space for conversation. For questions. For hot seats. For someone to put an offer on the table and have three very different experts pull it apart, challenge it and help make it stronger.
This Will Be a Special Group.
This is for experienced entrepreneurs who are ready to bring something real into the room and work on it. People who are willing to share what they’re building, learn from what other smart entrepreneurs are building, and contribute to the conversation along the way.
