You Probably Don’t Need More AI Information.
You already know AI is changing business.
You’ve probably tried ChatGPT. Maybe Claude. Maybe you’ve built a custom GPT, played with agents, generated content, summarized meetings, created a workflow or two, and accumulated a growing list of things you could be doing.
That isn’t the problem anymore.
The problem is knowing which of those possibilities actually belong inside your business — and then turning them into something useful.
Because there is a very real difference between using AI and building a business that uses AI well.
That is what this day is about.
Michael and Stu are both deep in the implementation side of this right now. They are using AI to remove friction, build repeatable workflows, make teams more productive, create tools that solve specific problems, accelerate decision-making, and free up time for the work that still requires a human being.
And for one day, they are opening that process up to a very small room.
Not to show you another list of tools.
Not to give you 100 prompts.
Not to make you feel even further behind.
But to help you look at your business and answer a much more useful question:
This Isn’t An AI Training.
It’s An Implementation Day.
You are not coming to sit through six hours of demos.
You are coming to look at the way your business actually works and identify where AI can make it faster, simpler, smarter or more valuable.
The point is not to leave knowing more about AI.
The point is to leave with AI doing something useful inside your business that it was not doing when you walked in.
Two Different Lenses. One Very Practical Day.
Michael and Stu bring two different perspectives to the same question: where can AI make a business work better?
Michael Hyatt
Michael’s lens is leverage, leadership and productivity. He is focused on where AI can remove friction, create clarity and give you more time for the work that actually requires you.
He helps you reclaim time and simplify the way your business runs.
Stu McLaren
Stu’s lens is the customer. Where are they getting stuck? What do they actually want? What could you build that would help them get there faster?
He helps you turn those questions into practical tools, better experiences and new ways to grow.
Put those two perspectives together and you’re looking at AI from both sides of the business: how the business works and how the customer experiences it.
Bring Your Business Into the Room.
This is not a room where Michael and Stu talk at you all day.
It is a working session.
You will have the opportunity to look at your own business through an AI lens and ask questions like:
The conversation can move beyond general advice and into the specifics of what you are actually building.
That is the point.
What Happens When You Put 25 Smart Business Owners in a Room Like This?
Michael and Stu bring their thinking. But so does everyone else.
Someone else’s question sparks an idea for your business. A challenge gets workshopped. Michael sees one angle, Stu sees another. You have space to actually open your laptop and work something through.
The value compounds when everyone in the room brings something to the conversation.
Real conversations.
Smart business owners facing real challenges.
Shared perspective.
Different industries. Different models. Better ideas.
Work together.
Open your laptop. Map it out. Pressure test it. Refine it.
Stronger outcomes.
Leave with ideas, connections and clarity you can’t get alone.
REAL CONVERSATIONS.
MEANINGFUL RESULTS.
Here’s One Catch…
We Only Have 25 Spots.
And that’s intentional.
This day only works if the room stays small.
Partly, that’s practical. We have limited space at the venue in Spring Hill. But more importantly, we’ve designed this as a working session — not an event where you sit in the back of a ballroom and listen.
With 25 people, there’s room for real questions. Real businesses. Real problems. Michael and Stu can get into the specifics. You can hear what other smart entrepreneurs are working through. And there’s enough space in the day to actually work.
There’s another reason we’re keeping the room small, too.
We want the right people in it.
This is for experienced entrepreneurs who are curious about what AI can make possible, but aren’t interested in chasing every new tool that drops.
People who want to think carefully about where AI belongs in their business, then actually put it to work.
If you’re looking for a magic prompt, a shortcut or a silver bullet, this probably isn’t your room.
If you’re ready to build smarter systems, solve real problems and explore what becomes possible when you combine AI with a business that already works, you’ll feel right at home.
This Goes Back a Long Way.
Michael and Gail Hyatt have been part of the Village Impact story since the very beginning.
Long before this mastermind. Long before this particular day. They believed in what Amy and Stu were building and have supported Village Impact from the earliest days of the organization.
Over the years, they’ve watched that work grow from an idea into something much bigger: schools, classrooms and opportunities being created alongside communities in Kenya, and thousands of children walking through those doors every day.
So when Michael agreed to spend this day with Stu, it wasn’t simply about getting two smart business minds into the same room.
It was another chapter in a friendship — and a shared belief that business can be used to do a tremendous amount of good.
And this time, you get to be part of that story too.
